NetGain Systems conducted its Certified Associate and Professional training in Singapore, across South East Asia and China. Close to 100 partners and customers have been certified as NetGain Systems Certified Associates.
The certified training modules, NetGain Certified Associate, NetGain Certified Professional, NetGain Certified Expert and NetGain Certified Master, were designed to provide partners, users and potential customers a structured and in-depth hands-on knowledge of using NetGain Enterprise Manager v7 to monitor their IT Infrastructure and be alerted of critical issues before the IT downtime reaches the end-users.
