5. Setting users and roles
Only Admin can set different access rights for different users.
- How to create user:
- Go to Admin > Accounts > Users and click Create.

- Input necessary details for the user, and click Save when you are done.

Note:
– Only Admin can reset the password if the user account is locked
– Name is case sensitive
– Display name cannot start with numbers or symbols
– Only “.” and “-“ are acceptable characters for “Name”
- How to add roles for the user
- Go to Admin > Accounts > Roles and click Create.

- Input necessary detail and select the user for that role. Add Domain (select device) to include in the role.

- Select the Roles access rights for viewing and modifying certain NetGain features.
