June 21, 2015 – Singapore – NetGain Systems, a leading Monitoring Solutions Provider in Asia Pacific, announced the launch of NetGain certified training modules for the NetGain Enterprise Manager v7 monitoring solution.
The certified training modules, NetGain Certified Associate, NetGain Certified Professional, NetGain Certified Expert and NetGain Certified Master, were designed to provide partners, users and potential customers a structured and in-depth hands-on knowledge of using NetGain Enterprise Manager v7 to monitor their IT Infrastructure and be alerted of critical issues before the IT downtime reaches the end-users.
The training for first module, the NetGain Certified Associate, will be held at ACA Pacific and OGX Singapore on July 03, 2015 and July 16, 2015, respectively.
“We responded to feedback from our customers and partners to provide for them with this structure certified training modules,” Said Mr Toh Soon Seah, Founder and CEO for NetGain Systems.
“The training will include techniques and scenarios for users to gain better understanding of the NetGain Enterprise Manager v7 Monitoring solution and to use this solution to its optimum.
“The certification modules will allow NetGain Systems to categorise our partners accordingly to their skill level on the NetGain Systems Enterprise Manager v7. Certified Professionals partners will be qualified to provide on-site support for customers and thus allow partners to provide more value add for their customers. ” said Mr Toh.
NetGain Systems has established a training path from NetGain Certified Associate to NetGain Certified Master that offer a range of certifications. At the Associate level, theoretical knowledge and configuration skills are the foundations established. More advanced concepts come in later courses when the trainee has progressed through the training path gaining the necessary practical knowledge.
