Mr Paul Deutch

Mr Paul Deutch is Vice President Upstream Oil & Gas of Commercial Business Services, a division of Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), a US based company focused on innovative applications of science and technology through a broad range of services including Consulting, Systems Integration, and Outsourcing.  Prior to SAIC, Mr Deutch was in charge of Networks Services and Distributing Computing for Schlumberger Information Solutions, a division of Schlumberger Limited, with global responsibility for their network, security, and outsourcing related services.  In his 13 years career with Schlumberger, Mr Deutch  worked in multiple management roles in Schlumberger business units with a range of U.S. and international experience, and a diverse background in operations, product development, information technology, and program management.  He also serves on the Technical Advisory Team for the Center for Interactive Smart Oilfield Technology, a collaborative industry research program between USC and Chevron.

Mr Deutch holds a B.E. in Engineering from Dartmouth College and a B.A. in Government from Colby College .

Mr Yi Xiao Bing, Rocky

Mr Yi is Vice President/COO of Datang Telecom Technology Co Ltd (DTT), a modern hi-tech enterprise launched in Beijing by China Academy of Telecommunication Technology (CATT) of Ministry of Information Industry. Prior to DTT, Mr Yi was a key member of Datang Microelectronics Technology Co Ltd (DMT), an advanced IC designing company and the leading chip provider in China . Mr Yi also held management position in the Joint-Venture of Hunan Post and Telecommunication (HPTA) and Schlumberger, a leading provider of the smartcard payphones and phone-card as well as engineering positions with Hunan Post and Telecommunications and Changsha Telecommunication office.

Mr Yi graduated with a MBA degree from Tsinghua University , China

Mr Ho Yik Yong

Mr Ho is the Managing Partner (Asia Pacific) of Smart Transit Limited, a UK based smart card solution provider for AFC business. Until recently, Mr Ho was the Vice President Public Services, Utilities and Strategic Business Development (Asia Pacific) of Atos Origin International B.V. Prior to that, Mr Ho worked for Schlumberger in multiple management roles including Vice President of SchlumbergerSema Asia Pacific for Energy Downstream, Utilities, Major Projects and Public Sectors and Vice President Schlumberger Test & Transactions (Asia) for eTransaction Cards & Solutions. Mr Ho also worked for IBM Singapore where he held various positions including Client Services Executive for Industrial Sector (ASEAN/South Asia) for IGS, Singapore Country Manager for Manufacturing Industry and Business Manager for IBM SAP/ERP Competency Centre (ASEAN/South Asia).

Mr Ho received his Bachelor of Science (Computer Sciences and Information Systems) from the National University of Singapore

Chairman, Goh Hock

Mr Goh Hock is the Chairman of NetGain Systems Pte Ltd. He steers the strategic development and growth of the company, positioning NetGain Systems as a global provider of IT monitoring and management solutions

Mr Goh is an operating partner of their private equity group, Robert W Baird, an investment bank and private equity firm based in the United States, Before he joined RW Baird, Mr Goh was the President of Network and Infrastructure Solutions, a division of Schlumberger Limited which was based in London and having a global revenue in excess of US$1.5 billion. He had global responsibility of Schlumberger's outsourcing services, security, business continuity and networked related business units. Prior to that, Mr Goh was President of Schlumberger Sema Asia Pacific, which is based in Beijing, where he managed their US$1 billion Asia operations consisting of a broad range of services including IT outsourcing, telecom billing and messaging products, financial software, smartcards, payphones and oil field services. In his 25 years career with Schlumberger, Mr Goh worked in many other fields and in management capacity in many various countries in Asia, Middle East and Europe .

Mr Goh is a member of the Board of Directors of Xaloy Holdings, a US-based steel components manufacturer in the plastic industry, as well as a Director of THISS Technologies Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based satellite communication provider. He also serves on the RW Baird Asian Advisory Board.
 
He received his B Eng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from Monash University . Australia .

CEO, Toh Soon Seah

Mr Toh Soon Seah is the CEO of NetGain Systems Pte Ltd. He develops and executes all business strategies. Mr Toh also holds overall responsibility for NetGain Systems's technology roadmap and new product development.

Prior to setting up NetGain Systems, he was Software Solution Architect with Hewlett Packard from 1996 to 2002 where he was charged with spearheading several key consulting projects across Asia Pacific and Japan .

With over ten years of industry experience in telecom software development for BSS/OSS, Mr Toh has held key R&D and management positions including at Creative Technologies. 

Mr Toh holds a Masters Degree in Technology (Software Engineering) from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelors Degree in Computer Engineering from the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.

Director of Sales, Canada , Konju Lin

Mr Lin is Director of Sales, Canada charged with developing NetGain Systems market in Canada .

He brings with him more than fifteen years of experience in complete information technology software systems management. Prior to his current appointment, he served as a consultant in Progressive Expert Consulting Inc. Syracuse, New York in 2004 and as a system analyst in Wiresmith Limited, Brampton , Ontario , Canada from November 2002 to December 2003. His critical experiences include ERP system implementation, web database software system development, IT network environment planning and software project management.

He has a M.S in computer science from Rochester Institute of Technology, Rochester , New York , USA and a B.S in applied Mathematics from Chinese Culture University , Taipei , Taiwan .

Director of Sales, United States , Antonio Moreno

Mr Antonio Moreno is Director of Sales, USA focused on developing the US market. Prior to his current appointment, Mr Moreno served as Global Service Manager for Schlumberger's MPLS network, having the responsibility of deploying and maintaining the operation of the network and ensuring customer satisfaction and immediate response. He has more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry as he has worked in network management services for Baylor College of Medicine, as well as in Texas Children's Hospital in Houston .

Mr Moreno has a degree in systems engineering from Universidad Francisco Marroquín, Guatemala .

Director of Sales, Taiwan , Marco Lee

Mr. Marco Lee has over 20 years experience building successful channel partnerships and sales teams in Taiwan , selling to enterprises, service providers, FSIs and educational institutions.

Before joining NetGain Systems, Mr Lee was Taiwan country manager of Avaya Inc. His other experiences include Account Manager of Cisco, Sales Director at Datacraft Taiwan , Sales Manager and Senior Engineer at HP.

Marco holds an MBA from University of South Australia , and B Eng degree in Electrical and Electronics from National Taiwan Technology University .
