Learn How To Delete Expensive Downtime Webinar

Are you aware that IT outages are costly and expensive to businesses?
2013 was a year of notable IT outages.
M1’s networks went down for three days and was subsequently fined SGD1.5 million. Five government agencies experienced email downtime for five hours, resulting in an estimated loss of $250,000 in productivity and possibly affected 2,500 citizens trying to engage with them. POSB and DBS payment networks went down for 30 minutes due to “connectivity issues” and this prevented businesses from accepting payment at their store front.
As more and more businesses and organisations depend on IT to address their respective needs, expectations of 100% uptime is the norm and no longer the exception.
The Monetary Authority of Singapore highlighted in their Internet Banking & Technology Risk Management (IBTRM) guidelines that users now expect online banking services to be accessible “24 hours every day of the year”. In other words, MAS expect near-zero system downtime.
Closer to home, if organisation experienced even 0.01% downtime and their CXOs happen to be downloading email or is on an important teleconference, IT teams will spend time fire fighting instead of value adding to the business.
Join us on our webinar and learn from NetGain Systems CEO, Toh Soon Seah, how you can delete expensive downtime with IT Monitoring and IT Management.
